bought 11 trees, 10 were supposed to be under warranty. two died so I called and asked if we could get 2 new ones. Owner says they werent under warranty despite being told when we purchased them that if you buy a full priced pine you get a warranty. They were planted for less than a year, but owner also said even if they were under warranty they dont warranty past June (they were planted in November). Pines die very slowly and while some branches were browning, others were still green in June so we thought it would live. They were completely dead in August. If you purchase pines from here, dont expect them to keep records of your warranty, if you have ANY doubts as to whether the tree will die call them immediately and request your warranty, and make sure you keep your receipt and have them sign it stating when the warranty is good through. You would think after spending thousands of dollars on trees they'd actually help you out. Guess not.

Came here to get soil, wandered around for 35m trying to find it, not one of the employees (out of 8 that were there) seemed interested in asking me if I needed any help...finally tracked someone down, only to find out that I had to pay first and then be directed to the products location. So I paid and then received no direction to the products location...which, turns out is across the parking lot on the very south end. The only positive experience I had, was the product I purchased was competitively priced.
